Description of Goods
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices displayed on the website are accurate and up to date at all times.
We also strive to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary depending on your monitor or device settings, and we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on your screen will exactly match the product upon delivery.
Please note that if an item becomes unavailable before checkout or during order processing, we will notify you accordingly before delivery.
All items are subject to availability. If, for any unforeseen reason, we are unable to fulfil your order — for example, due to a stock shortage — we will contact you to explain the situation. We will not replace any item with a substitute product without your prior consent.
If part of your order is out of stock, we will deliver the available items and refund the value of the unavailable item via PayNow.
Availability
Most manufacturers produce models in limited quantities to enhance their collectability among hobby enthusiasts.
These models are often manufactured in very small numbers for the global market and are usually not reproduced once sold out. As a result, collectors are aware of their limited availability, and popular models tend to sell out quickly.
Market demand also changes over time. A model that was once highly popular may later be discontinued or become unavailable due to reduced demand. For this reason, if you are interested in a particular model, we recommend purchasing it as soon as possible as there is a high chance it may sell out.
Manufacturers frequently announce upcoming models as “new releases.” However, these models may not enter actual production for several months, and in some cases, even years. Some websites may list such items as “available,” but this often means they are accepting pre-orders only and does not necessarily indicate that the model has already been produced.
Orders and Delivery
- We offer deliveries in Singapore only.
- Deliveries are on Saturdays and Sundays. We are closed on weekdays.
- Delivery charge of SGD25 applies when purchase is below SGD200.
- We do not deliver to hotels or put in parcel lockers. Customers are required to check items after receiving them.
- We deliver to residential address in Singapore and our delivery may take up to 2 weeks in the event that we are traveling.
- We personally deliver the goods face to face, so our packaging differs from the type commonly used by sellers on Shopee and Lazada.
- When we deliver your order while you are not at home, we will send you a photo via Whatsapp as proof of delivery. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or taken afterward.
We do not be ship overseas due to high costs, complex customs regulations, increased risk of damage during handling and difficult return logistics. The administrative burden and managing varying international taxes is time-consuming and expensive for small businesses like us. Specific countries have complex customs, import duties that can cause packages to be stuck, creating hassle. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment
Payment may be made by Paynow. Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full.
Payment via credit/debit card is possible at our physical store subject to transaction costs. Please note that certain payment methods incur transaction charges imposed by the payment service providers and terminal vendors for processing card and digital payments. These fees are charged directly to us by the vendors for the use of their payment terminals and services. To continue providing competitive product pricing and the most economical purchasing options for our customers, the applicable transaction fees will be passed on accordingly.

Custom Made Models
A minimum order quantity of 200 pieces is required.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the order if:
- we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
- we cannot obtain payment
- a product, price or offer description fault has been identified
- a manufacturer or supplier is unable supply us with the goods
- we do not or cannot deliver to your country
Returns – Damaged or Defective Goods
Online order
1. Goods Inspection Upon Collection / Delivery
Customers are required to inspect all items immediately upon receiving the goods. This includes checking:
- Product quantity
- Physical condition
- Missing parts or accessories
- Visible damage to packaging or items
- Correct item/model received
Acceptance of the goods shall be deemed confirmation that the items were received in satisfactory condition unless otherwise stated at the time of collection or delivery.
2. No Claims After Acceptance
Once the goods have been accepted, collected from our premises, or acknowledged upon delivery, no claims will be accepted regarding:
- Defects
- Missing components
- Incorrect items received
- Physical damage
Please note that these products are delicate collectibles with many fine parts that may break if handled improperly or used for purposes other than display. Our products may not be suitable for individuals below aged 14.
Please note that dissatisfaction based solely on expectations are not considered a valid reason for return or refund.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- “I thought the model would be bigger/smaller”. The scale was clearly stated in our website.
- Minor manufacturing variations commonly found in hand-finished collectible models.
- Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, modification or dropping the model.
- Broken small parts caused during customer assembly or display.
- Packaging differences from expectations.
- Normal wear and tear after use or display.
- Complaints regarding manufacturer design choices or inaccuracies in the real aircraft livery/model design.
- Features that were never stated in the product description.
Purchase at our physical store
All customers must check their purchase before leaving our store. There is no exchange and refund after you have left our store.
