Defect Assessment Policy

IN-STORE ORDERS

1. INSPECTION BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items carefully before leaving the store. By leaving the store with the item, the customer acknowledges that the item has been checked and accepted in its current condition.

2. ACCEPTABLE MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES

The following are generally considered normal manufacturing tolerances and are not regarded as defects eligible for exchange or refund. These conditions are common within mass-produced collectible models and are accepted industry wide.

PAINT & PRINTING

  • Minor paint dust particles
  • Slight paint overspray
  • Tiny paint specks
  • Minor decal misalignment
  • Slight printing inconsistencies

ASSEMBLY & ALIGNMENT

  • Slight landing gear unevenness
  • Minor wheel alignment differences
  • Small gaps between parts
  • Slightly loose movable parts
  • Minor antenna bending
  • Small seam lines from moulding

MATERIAL & FINISH

  • Slight metallic finish inconsistency

PACKAGING

  • Minor box dents
  • Small creases or scratches on packaging

3. EXCHANGEABLE MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

The following issues may qualify for exchange or replacement, subject to stock availability and verification:

  • Missing landing gears
  • Missing wheels or engines
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Broken wings or stabilizers
  • All claims must be verified before leaving the store

4. NON-EXCHANGEABLE CONDITIONS

We do not accept request to exchanges, refunds for:

  • Damage after leaving the store
  • Customer mishandling or accidental drops after payment and during inspection at our store.
  • Inspections are limited to reasonable visual checks only. inspection does not include excessive handling, shaking, force-testing or bending parts. Collectible airplane models contain delicate components that may be damaged through rough handling.

5. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Approved exchanges are subject to:

  • Stock availability of the same product
  • Change to other product is not allowed
  • Verification by our staff
  • Original packaging and accessories being returned
  • Proof of purchase

If replacement stock is unavailable, we shall offer a refund.

6. FINAL ASSESSMENT

We appreciate customers’ understanding that collectible airplane models are handcrafted and mass-produced items, and minor imperfections may naturally occur.

7. CUSTOMER EXPECTATION & SATISFACTION

As collectible models are mass-produced and may involve hand-assembled components, minor manufacturing variations and imperfections are considered normal industry standards. Please note that exchanges will not be allowed for dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations that exceed the manufacturer’s intended quality standard or accepted production tolerances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Expectation of a completely flawless finish
  • Minor imperfections disclosed in our defect assessment policy
  • Slight colour, paint, or alignment variations
  • Subjective opinions regarding quality where no manufacturing defect exists

We shall offer a refund provided the item is returned in its original condition with complete packaging and accessories.

 

ONLINE ORDERS

We currently ship only within Singapore and do not offer international shipping. Consequently, this return and refund policy applies only to orders delivered within Singapore.

1. ORDER INSPECTION & QUALITY CONTROL
All products undergo inspection and quality checks before delivery to help ensure that items are delivered in good condition and free from defects.

2. RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order.
To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

3. RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Incorrect selection of size, color, model or specification by the customer
  • Products that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery

4. RETURN CONDITIONS
Approved returns must:

  • Be returned in their original condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories
  • Be returned according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. REFUND PROCESSING
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued via Paynow.

6. Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
