1.1 “Goods” refers to any products sold by the Company.
1.2 “Defect” refers to a manufacturing fault present at the time of supply.
1.3 “Courier” refers to any third-party delivery service engaged to transport goods.
1.4 “Business Day” refers to any day excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. No-Refund Policy
2.1 All sales made through the Company are deemed final.
2.2 The Company operates a strict No-Refund Policy. Refunds shall not be granted under any circumstances except where explicitly mandated by law.
2.3 By placing an order, the Customer irrevocably agrees to this no-refund condition.
3. Order Cancellation
3.1 Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped.
3.2 Approved cancellations are subject to a 20% administrative and handling fee, deducted from the order value.
3.3 Once the order is shipped, no cancellation, refund, or amendment will be permitted.
4. Claims for Defects or Damage
4.1 The Customer must inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt.
4.2 Any claim alleging a manufacturing defect or physical damage must be submitted in writing within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
4.3 Claims must include clear photographic or video evidence supporting the alleged defect.
4.4 Claims submitted after the 3-day period will be automatically rejected.
5. Return of Defective Goods
5.1 In the event a defect claim is approved, the Customer may be required to return the Goods for inspection.
5.2 All costs associated with the return shipment—including packaging, insurance, and courier charges—shall be borne solely by the Customer.
5.3 The Company disclaims all liability for loss, damage, or delay occurring during the return transit.
5.4 Returned items must be securely packaged and must reach the Company in acceptable condition.
6. Remedies for Valid Claims
6.1 Upon receipt and verification of the defect, the Company will, at its sole discretion:
(a) provide a replacement of the same model (subject to stock availability); or
(b) issue a refund for the product cost only, if the item is no longer available.
6.2 Replacement shipments will be dispatched within three (3) Business Days, subject to inventory availability.
6.3 Under no circumstances shall original outbound shipping fees be refunded, regardless of order or shipping status.
7. Courier-Related Loss or Damage
7.1 In the event a parcel is lost, damaged, or mishandled by the Courier, the Company will refund or compensate the Customer only up to the amount reimbursed by the Courier.
7.2 The Company bears no responsibility for any additional compensation beyond the Courier’s payout.
7.3 All claims remain subject to the Courier’s investigation processes, timelines, and policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Company shall not be liable for:
(a) delays caused by Couriers, customs, or external factors;
(b) damage resulting from mishandling after delivery;
(c) customer misuse, negligence, or modification of Goods;
(d) indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages.
8.2 The Customer agrees that the Company’s total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the value paid by the Customer for the affected Goods.
9. Acceptance of Terms
9.1 By placing an order, the Customer expressly acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be legally bound by this Return & Refund Policy.
9.2 No exceptions or deviations from this Policy shall be permitted unless formally approved in writing by the Company.
For in-Store Return & Exchange Policy

2.3 By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.
3. Inspection and Returns
3.1 Customers must inspect all Goods before leaving the store.
3.2 Any defects, damage, or discrepancies must be reported immediately, while still on the premises.
3.3 Once the Customer leaves the store, the Company shall not accept any claims, returns, or exchanges, regardless of the nature of the defect or damage.
4. Exchange Eligibility
4.1 Exchanges are only permitted for items with verified manufacturer defects, reported before leaving the store.
4.2 No exchanges or returns are permitted for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
4.3 Exchanges will only be processed when the Customer presents the original receipt.
5. Remedies for Valid Defects
5.1 Upon verification of a defect, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
(a) replace the item with the same model (subject to stock availability); or
(b) offer store credit equal to the product value if no replacement is available.
5.2 No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Company shall not be liable for:
(a) defects, damage, or issues discovered after the Customer has left the store;
(b) customer negligence, misuse, or modification;
(c) cosmetic imperfections inherent to hand-painted or molded models;
(d) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
6.2 The Customer agrees that the Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected item.
